Chairman:

Represents the club. Deals with the media and advertises the club and its web site.

Agrees the minutes and actions. Provides the casting vote should one be required.

Treasurer:

Ensures the bill is settled on club nights.

Collects subs and ‘owns’ the club bank account. Pays any invoices, including those for the website and domain name.

Webmaster:

Updates and enhances the web site.

Provides the scoring sheets and collates the scores and comments from club night.

Distributes restaurant certificates as appropriate.

Entertainment Secretary:

Keeps the committee aware of potential excursions or any new venues.

Responsible for arranging ‘away days’, any long weekend and the Summer Garden Party.

Club Secretary:

Communicates venue details to all members on club night and books the restaurant.

Arranges committee meetings and takes and distributes the minutes from those meetings.
